Re: 225 Te Hapua Rd Te Horo
You did a super job for me in very difficult conditions and I will write to your directors letting them know how much I appreciate your professionalism throughout and for keeping me informed.
We have known Steve for some 2 years and during this time have found him to be dependable, honest, temperate and a fine family man.
I first met Steve during the period we were selling our Te Horo home. The sale proved to be protracted and throughout this period Steve remained committed and supported us considerably beyond any recompense he could expect from the sale. He became a good friend as our relationship developed and we met his family we found that the fine qualities he had shown in his assistance to us was reflected in his role as a loving, caring father.
My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Steve to others who may wish to avail themselves of his services. We are sure he will be both professional and thoughtful in his dealings.
We wish him well in his future endeavours and hope to retain his friendship.

COMPLETE SATISFACTION: I first met Steve Hayes in 2011 when my wife and I were looking to buy a section in Kapiti. Steve sold us our section at auction. Our intention at that time was to use it as a weekender, develop and landscape it over a longish period and eventually move from town and build a house there. Steve didn’t see it like that! Within a week he had also sold us the property next door a sort of five bed roomed builders hut on more than a hectare, bit overkill really. So we lived right over the fence from our section where we immediately started to build a smaller easily maintained retirement home. Exactly one year later we moved to the new house and again Steve sold the “Five bedroomed builder’s hut”. All dealings with Steve have been easy, carried out to our complete satisfaction and he has been a pleasure to have around. I can without hesitation recommend him and his services to anyone looking to buy or sell in this area.
A KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOUR: Steve Hayes came like a knight in shining armour, when my husband aged 85 who was suffering from a terminal illness, and I aged 80, were living on a beloved 5 hectare block which we had owned for nearly 40 yrs.
He treated our need to sell with sympathy, excellent advice, unstinting effort and a swift action plan which resulted in a sale at a fair price within two months of our first contact.
Steve took excellent photos which caught the style and spirit of our property beautifully. The publicity through a range of media couldn't be faulted. He and his wife, who is also an experienced agent, manned the two dwellings on the property on open days, and created good relationships with clients who wanted to take their interest further. We were most grateful to Steve for his very professional and stress free handling of the whole exercise.
GOING THE EXTRA MILE: I am happy to write a testimonial for Steve Hayes who sold a property for us a couple of years ago. The property was rural, in Reikorangi, 150 acres, with a house, garden, and a pine plantation. It was probably not particularly easy to sell. Steve worked hard and spent many hours with prospective buyers, climbing a hilly forestry road, sometimes on foot, descending into a valley where there was a pump providing water supply to the house, and showing the lawns and rhododendron gardens. We were very grateful for his efforts and the eventual sale. The buyers are also pleased. I can recommend Steve Hayes for his diligence and perseverance in selling a life-style rural block.
